Tough jobs require tough equipment: our facility has what it takes to get the job done.

Are you in need of general fabrication services but don’t have the equipment or time to do it? Don’t sweat it. Whether you already have a design drafted up or need one of our programmers to do it for you, we will give your project the attention and care it deserves.

Our fabrication and production staff is happy to provide the following services:

Bending, forming, drilling, notching, shearing, grinding, punching, sawing, flat and tube laser cutting, and welding.

TUBE LASER CUTTING

In order to better serve the growing demand of services in the area, we invested in a BLM LT8 Tube Laser. This incredible machine is capable of cutting open and closed profile tubes and structural steel from round, square and rectangular tubes to channel and angles. It is able to cut 1/2” diameter material all the way up to 8” in square and 8-5/8” in round tubes.

FLAT LASER CUTTING

Over the years, the technology of metal fabrication has progressed at an astounding rate.
To keep up with those changes, we have upgraded our shop with a state-of-the-art
Trumpf TruLaser 2030 system. This allows us to create and replicate computer-aided
or hand-drafted designs promptly, accurately, and affordably. It can laser up to 1” steel,
3/4” aluminum, and 3/4” stainless steel. Let us make your ideas become reality!

BENDING & FORMING

New to our shop is are top-of-the-line Trump TruBend 3100 press brake which infinitely expands our bending and forming capabilities. Additionally, we still have a Cincinnati press brake allows us to bend/form plate and sheet material. Ours has a computer-controlled back gauge that allows for precision with respect to either simple or complex parts. We are able to bend steel up to 12' in length that is 1/2" thick, aluminum up to 12' at 1/2" thick, and stainless steel up to 10' at 3/8".

SAWING, PUNCHING & DRILLING

Many of our customers are in need of material that can be sawed to exact measurements, as well as modifications that including punching or drilling holes. Our workshop has three saws, a punch and drill press on-site to craft what you need in a precise and timely fashion.

SHEARING

Shearing plates and sheets is one of the most common fabrication services we offer.
Our Cincinnati hydraulic sheer is capable of handling industry-standard plates and sheets up to 12' in length. We can shear steel up to 1/2" thick, aluminum up to 1/2" thick, and stainless steel up to 3/8" thick. Precision is usually within 1/16” of an inch.

WELDING

Located just outside of our main shop, we have a separate building used solely for welding. Whether it’s gates, fences, feed bunks or other customized creations for your business, farm or ranch — we have the in-house expertise to accommodate your needs.
